MCI_184How far in advance should I reserve a bus?
It is best to call as soon as you know the dates for which you may require our services. Buses are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.

Is a Deposit Required?
Yes, all charter orders require a 20% deposit to hold the bus. Deposits are refundable in agreement with our contract and confirmation that we provide to you.

When is the final payment due?
A final payment is due ten days prior to the date of your trip.

What if I need to cancel a bus?
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your bus 30 days prior to the date of your trip.

Do I have to tip the driver?
A driver gratuity is optional, but typical in the industry and always appreciated by the driver. If you choose to give a gratuity, a guideline to follow would be 10% of the charter cost or $1-2 per passenger.

Can I bring alcohol onto the bus?
No. Alcohol is not permitted on Flagship buses

Can I smoke on the bus?
No. State and Federal Law prohibits smoking on buses

Is food and drink allowed on the buses?
Yes, food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed on our buses. We ask that you refrain from bringing glass containers if possible, and please be courteous about cleaning up and garbage. We place garbage bags at the front and rear of each bus for your convenience.
